Prior to becoming a Realtor I was a paralegal for 20+ years and worked for attorneys and in the courts of Washington State. What does this mean for you? Because of my extensive legal training and experience, I am very familiar with all the contracts used in the real estate industry. I am also a tough negotiator when it comes to the purchase or sale of your home.
As a longtime resident of Washington State, (since 1968 when my father was stationed at Ft. Lewis) I am very familiar with the Tacoma, Puyallup, Spanaway, Lakewood and Gig Harbor. I am also very familiar with many other areas of Pierce and South King County and Washington state in general.
